These Terms & Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the sale of products by ARABELA COUTURE LADIES' GARMENTS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C, a single-member limited liability company registered in Dubai – United Arab Emirates (Mainland), to any consumer making a purchase through the website www.arabelacouture.com (hereinafter "the Site").

By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter "the Customer") fully accepts these T&Cs. The T&Cs in force at the time of the order apply. The company reserves the right to modify them at any time.

These T&Cs govern all purchases made through the Site and apply to all transactions between the company and the Customer.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before order confirmation.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer upon successful payment.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

ARTICLE 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including images, text, and designs, is the property of ARABELA COUTURE and protected by copyright laws.

ARTICLE 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
