1. Made-to-Order Creations – No Refund 

All our items are handmade creations produced to order.

Due to their unique and artisanal nature, no refund will be issued to the original payment method (cash, card, or otherwise).

All sales are final.
If exceptionally approved, a store credit only may be issued.

2. Quality Control and 24-Hour Notification

Each item undergoes a strict quality control inspection prior to shipment.

If, exceptionally, the customer notices a real problem upon delivery, she must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to:

The email must include:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

Photos are not required for a simple exchange or store credit request, only if a problem is found.

3. Exchange or Store Credit Request – Within 7 Days

All exchange or store credit requests must be made exclusively by email at contact@arabelacouture.com within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

No return will be accepted without prior written approval.

Mandatory conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • All original tags must be attached and intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The order number or proof of purchase must be provided

4. Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of issue.

  • Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are fully the customer’s responsibility.

This policy is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates UAE
