Terms & Conditions of Sale – ARABELA

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern the sale of products by ARABELA COUTURE LADIES’ GARMENTS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C, a single-member limited liability company registered in Dubai – United Arab Emirates (Mainland), to any consumer making a purchase through the website www.arabelacouture.com (hereinafter “the Site”).

By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter “the Customer”) fully accepts these T&Cs. The T&Cs in force at the time of the order apply. The company reserves the right to modify them at any time.

Article 1 – Purpose

These T&Cs govern all purchases made via the Site. They set out the rights and obligations of the Customer and ARABELA COUTURE LADIES’ GARMENTS TRADING L.L.C S.O.C in accordance with UAE law.

Article 2 – Products

2.1. Products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, subject to availability.
2.2. Each product comes with a detailed description.
2.3. Images, visuals, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not legally binding.
2.4. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur, especially for limited or handcrafted items.

Article 3 – Orders

3.1. The Customer declares to be at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting.
3.2. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3.3. All confirmed orders constitute a firm sale, subject to the rights granted under our Return, Exchange and Store Credit Policy and to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the Customer's country of residence.
3.4. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.
3.5. ARABELA COUTURE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of prior disputes, suspected fraud, or payment failure.

Article 4 – Prices & Currencies

4.1. Product prices are displayed on the Site in multiple currencies based on the currency selected by the Customer (e.g., AED, USD, EUR).
4.2. Displayed prices reflect the current conversion rates at the time of browsing.
4.3. The amount charged will correspond to the currency selected at checkout.
4.4. Exchange rate fluctuations may occur independently of the company. ARABELA COUTURE is not responsible for differences between displayed and bank-charged amounts.
4.5. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are borne by ARABELA COUTURE. The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount due; no additional charges will be requested from the Customer upon delivery.

Article 5 – Payment

5.1. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
5.2. Payments are made via secure payment platforms (e.g., Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other authorized providers).
5.3. Bank details are processed exclusively by the payment provider and are never stored by the company.
5.4. In case of payment refusal or failure, the order will be automatically canceled.

Article 6 – Shipping & Delivery

6.1. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
6.2. ARABELA COUTURE ships worldwide.
6.3. Delivery times are indicative and may vary by destination, carrier, or customs procedures.
6.4. Risk transfers to the Customer upon handover to the carrier.
6.5. ARABELA COUTURE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
6.6. Delivery timelines:

  • UAE (DHL): Same day or 24h delivery

  • GCC Countries: 2–3 days

  • International (DHL): 2–5 days
    All orders are shipped within a maximum of 24 hours after confirmation.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, visuals, logos, trademarks, designs) is the exclusive property of ARABELA COUTURE.
Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 9 – Personal Data

Collected personal data is required for order processing and customer relationship management.
In accordance with UAE Data Protection laws, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to their personal data.

Article 10 – Records & Proof

Electronic records maintained by ARABELA COUTURE constitute proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the company and the Customer.

Article 11 – Applicable Law & Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
In case of dispute, amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts in Dubai, UAE, will have jurisdiction.

Where the Customer is a consumer resident in a country whose law grants mandatory protections that cannot be derogated from by contract, those protections apply notwithstanding the above.
